33CFR164.37 Each vessel of 10,000 gross tons or more must have, in addition to the radar system unit 33CFR164.35(a), a second marine radar system that operates independently of the first. The vessel's S-Band radar is inoperable.

Resolution: Technician's report recieved, the radar's magnetron was replaced and tested with no isses.
