Resolution: Vessel overhauled the emergency fire pump and replaced two mouth rings. Operational test of the emergency fire pump conducted, All SAT. Repairs have been completed to the satisfactory of NKK, see Class Report No. 19ST0098 for further details.

Resolution: Vessel replaced the wasted mechanical shaft seal. The vessel conducted an operational test of the Fire and General Service pumps, All SAT. Repairs have been completed to the satisfactory of NKK, see Class Report No. 19ST0098 for further details.

Resolution: Repairs were made in the Port of Charleston, South Carolina. The Class Survey Record was recieved from NK saying that the operation of the engine has been verified and found satisfactory.
