Resolved 15 August 2019
Resolution: Vessel overhauled the emergency fire pump and replaced two mouth rings. Operational test of the emergency fire pump conducted, All SAT. Repairs have been completed to the satisfactory of NKK, see Class Report No. 19ST0098 for further details.

07113 - Fire Pumps and its Pipes - The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated pipping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended. The fire and G.S pump is currently leaking water at a rate of one drip every five seconds when not energized, and sprays water constantly while energized. 74 SOLAS (2014) II-1/26.1 17ac

Resolved 15 August 2019
Resolution: Vessel replaced the wasted mechanical shaft seal. The vessel conducted an operational test of the Fire and General Service pumps, All SAT. Repairs have been completed to the satisfactory of NKK, see Class Report No. 19ST0098 for further details.
