Mixed garbage was found in various spaces throughout the vessel which included batteries in the galley waste, paper and plastic mixed with food. Plan needs to include the collection and disposal of medical waste, batteries and lights.

In addition the gangway watch failed to check for ID cards when Port State Control Officers boarded the vessel at 1200. ISPS Code Reg. 9.4.2
