Pressure sensor may be fitted in each tank protected by the arrangement required in paragraph 6.1.2, with a monitoring system in the ship's cargo control room. The cargo monitoring system control cabinet was found to have one of two broken cooling fans, requiring the ship's crew to configure temporary cooling arrangements by opening cabinet door and using a portable fan.
