The means of control of any fixed gas fire extinguishing system shall be readily accessible and simple to operate. In CO2 room, control box for operation of release of CO2 gas to engine room brackets are broken from bulkhead and control box is suspended by ratchet strap secured to CO2 piping above. Additionally, arrangement of strap makes control box incapable of opening. SOLAS 74(14 CONS)II-2/10.4.1.1.1 FSS CODE CH 5.2.1.3.3
