2120: Crew is not following the G/P for the separation of garbage. Mixed garbage was found in containers throughout the vessel. Crew is burning all items including plastic, however they are not separating plastic items form the regular garbage when they incinerate it. This is causing an excessive amount of ash to be accumulated in the E/R. Ash cans need to be identified in the G/P.
