Resolution: Repaired / Rectified: The four lights in question were replaced with suitable EX rated lights. The installation of the newly fitted light fixtures was examined and found in order. See Class report for further details.

All arrangements used for pilot transfer shall efficiently fulfill their purpose of enabling pilots to embark and disembark safely. The appliances shall be kepts clean, properly maintained and stowed. PSCO observed starboard sided accomodation ladder with considerable wastage (10inches X 10inches).

Resolution: The corroded upper landing of the starboard side accommodations ladder was examined and a repair plan wats agreed upon. A Condition of Authority was issued for repair of the damaged upper landing. See class report for further details.
