The inert gas system referred to in chapter II-2 of the Convention shall be designed, constructed and tested to the satisfaction of the Administration. It shall be designed to be capable of rendering and maintaining the atmosphere of the relevant cargo tanks non-flammable. The oxygen analyzer is not reading the same as the other Inert Gas control panels. The vessel’s 3 GHZ radar does not have a monitor that is part of the original equipment. 74 SOLAS (14) V/19.2.7.1

Resolution: Recieved service technician report. S-Band radar display replaced, and fully operational. Rectified to the satisfaction of the USCG.
