The vessel currently has an all-around white light located at the stern that serves the purpose of the masthead and stern lights. Provide a mast head light with an arc of visibility of 225 degrees and install in the forward quarter of the vessel. In addition, provide and install a stern navigation light with an arc of visibility of 135 degrees in accordance with 33 CFR 83.23(a). Since the vessel is more than 12 meters (39.4 feet) in length, an all-around, white light is not acceptable for the mast head and stern navigational lights.
