"Each liferaft must be arranged to permit it to drop into the water from the deck on which it is stowed." The inflatable liferaft currently can't be launched on either side of the vessel. Make arrangements so that the liferaft can be launched on both sides of the vessel.

"Emergency lighting must be provided for all internal crew working and living areas. Emergency lighting sources must provide for sufficient illumination under emergency conditions to facilitate egress from each space." Noted 5 emergency lights out. Replace emergency lights that were out so that the egress routes will be illuminated.

"A fixed fire pump must be capable of delivering water simultaneously from the two highest hydrants at a pitot-tube pressure of at least 50psi and a flow rate of at least 80 gpm." Fixed fire pump was inoperable. Repair so that it is able to deliver water at the rate required by subchapter M.

" A vessel at anchor shall exhibit where it can be best seen: In the fore part, an all-round white light or one ball." The anchor light was out on the vessel. Replace so that there is an all-around white light.
