Vessel is on its first US trip since finishing the overseas portion of the ICVE process. Vessel is required by ICVE worklist item (S) to lower, release, operate & recover all portside life boats in the presence of USCG Marine Inspectors. Vessel was unable to perform this task due to pier logistics. IAW NVIC 03-08 Enclosure (1) 9.k(3), vessel must complete this worklist item at the next US port.

Resolution: Inspected and lowered all portside side boats and the rescue boat. Used the stbd side #13 tender to test the falls for the port side tenders #14,16 and 18, attached, raised and tested the limit switchs for this equipment.
