The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Vessel experienced, prior to departing, equipment failure on on the main engine. You are required to submit a classification society report to [email withheld] attesting to the cause of the equipment failure, that authorized temporary or permanent repairs have been completed, and that the vessel's full main engine function has been restored.
