Electrical equipment, cables, and wiring shall not be installed in the hazardous locations unless in conforms with the standards not inferior to those acceptable to the Organization. PSCO identified a loose electrical wire on the starboard CCTV camera and an unprotected electrical wire on the port CCTV camera. Additionally, there are multiple sections of the electrical wire not protected by the sheathing. A provisional IOPP certificate has been issued by NKK stating OWS is not to be used, must be repaired NLT 30 JUL07, & all oily water is to remain o/b.
