Electrical equipment, cables, and wiring shall not be installed in the hazardous locations unless in conforms with the standards not inferior to those acceptable to the Organization. PSCO identified a loose electrical wire on the starboard CCTV camera and an unprotected electrical wire on the port CCTV camera. Additionally, there are multiple sections of the electrical wire not protected by the sheathing. PSCO was unable to ascertain the satisfactory condition of the required standards of the electrical appliances of both the CCTV cameras and the deck lighting installed in the hazardous locations. 74 SOLAS (20) VII/10.2 IBC 10.4 40ca
