Vessel suffered potential electrical fire in the engine compartment. Identify source of potential electrical fire and affect permanent repairs to the satisfaction of a USCG Marine Inspector prior to the carriage of passengers. 46 CFR 183.200

The fixed gas fire extinguishing system is inoperable and is unable to be activated from outside the space. The fixed fire extinguishing system shall be inspected and serviced. Provide technician report to the satisfaction of a USCG Marine Inspector prior to the carriage of passengers. 46 CFR 181.420(a)
