The various tasks should be defined and assigned to qualified personnel. Vessel personnel failed to screen 07 people for COVID 19 as required per company procedures and Company ISPS Security Form Screening Log.Provide Non Conformity and Corrective Action Plan within 30 days. 74SOLAS2020 IX/3.1 ISM CODE 7

In every ship means shall be provided to prevent overpressure in any part of the compressed air systems and wherever water jackets os casings of air compressors and coolers might be subjected to dangerous overpressure due to leakage into them from air pressure part. Suitable pressure relief arrangements shall be provided for all systems. Observed relief valves on all pressure vessels were past due for their pressure test inspection. 74SOLAS2020 II-1/34.1
