The Administration shall take appropriate steps to ensure uniformity in the implementation and application of the provisions of this part in respect of electrical installations. Refer to the recommendations published by the International Electrotechnical Commission and, in particular, publication IEC 60092. Cables and wiring shall be installed and supported in such a manner as to avoid chafing or other damage. Various cable runs in the HVAC room below the bridge, CO2 room, winch room, emergency generator room, and dry bulk tank room were found with insufficient metal supports.
