PSCO OBSERVED EXPLOSION PROOF LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE PAINT LOCKER AND NEAR THE STORED OXYGEN TANKS ON THE MAIN DECK STARBOARD SIDE CRACKED OR BROKEN, MULTIPLE DISCONNECTED GROUNDING WIRES ON THE 440 VOLT REEFER RECEPTACLES AND ON THE CO2 FAN MOTOR, AND MULTIPLE CRACKED LIGHTING FIXTURES THROUGHOUT THE ENGINE ROOM. 74 SOLAS (04) 11-1/40.1.3
