0999- Other (Safety in General) - Accumulator battery compartments shall be efficiently ventilated. PSCO observed when accessing the GMDSS battery room, the Quattro gas meter alarmed. Space has natural ventilation. initial readings were: CO=193ppm, H2S=2ppm, LEL%=11%. Space was ventilated multiple times and readings were taken with multiple meters at multiple times.
