1730-oily-water separating equipment- Any ship of 10,000 gross tonnage and above shall be fitted with oil filtering equipment complying with paragraph 7 of this regulation. PSCO witnessed four operational tests of OWS. During each test, the OCM showed error of E3 after approximately 1.5 minutes of run time.
