Vessel experienced a leak through their starboard shaft due to unknown causes resulting in a Marine Casualty. Vessel currently moored at Bell Mount Fleet (MM152) preparing transit plan to JMI Hahnville for permanent repairs. Prior to movement from Bell Mount Fleet, vessel is required to submit for Coast Guard approval a transit plan from Bell Mount Fleet to JMI Hahnville. Prior to movement from JMI Hahnville, vessel must demonstrate proper operation to satisfaction of approved TPO and submit TPO report to attending Marine Inspector.
