The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service of which they were intended. PSCO observed active water leak from steam return line. Additionally the supply line for the Fuel oil tank steam line had an active steam leak through a hole in the pipe. Lastly the ships incinerator has 02 cracks in the upper right and left corners putting into question the integrity of heat transfer.

Lifesaving › Lifeboat Equipment › Food Ration

0611 - The normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of a food ration totalling not less than 10,000 kJ for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accommodate. Lifeboats on vessel permitted to accommodate 24 persons each, but total number of food rations carried aboard the vessel (between both lifeboats) is only 23. SOLAS (2014 Cons. ed.) CH III Reg 13.1.4.; LSA CH IV 4.4.8.12
