PSCO FOUND GROUND WIRES MISSING ON EXPLOSION PROOF FIXTURES INSIDE THE CARGO PUMP ROOM. PSCO ALSO FOUND MULTIPLE CRACKED LENSES ON EXPLOSION PROOF FIXTURES INSIDE THE CARGO PUMP ROOM.
