VESSEL REPORTED AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE FREE COMMUNICATION OF CARGO VAPORS FROM CARGO TANK 6S AND STARBOARD SLOP TANK INTO BALLAST TANK 6S.

Resolution: Fracture on STBD long WT bulkhead between frames 40-41, was partially cropped and renewed with an insert plate of 300mm x 300mm. Repair was pressure and NDT tested satisfactorily.
