PSCO observed no annual servicing of the dry chemical powder system in 2023. Last servicing was conducted in November of 2022.

On ships carryinh flammable and/or toxic products shall be installed to cover exposed boundaries facing the cxargo area such as bulkheads of superstructures and deck houses normally manned, cargo machinery spaces, store rooms containing high risk fire items and cargo control rooms.
Deck water spray pipe was broken and disconnected to the branch piping for the aft bulkhead of the PSA nitrogen room. Crew was able to remove the broken pipe and make a proper connection.
