NUMBER ONE STEERING GEAR CONTROLLER IS STUCK IN THE START POSITION C/E WAS UNABLE TO SECURE PUMP WITH STOP BUTTON AND HAD TO SECURE PUMP WITH BREAKER. SECURING WITH BREAKER DISALBES THE REMOTE START AND STOP FUCTIONS AND AUTOMATIC STANDYBY MODE, CREATING A SAFETY HAZARD.
