PSCO OBSERVED AN UNAUTHORIZED TEMPORARY REPAIR ON THE PIPE FOR THE SPRAY NOZZLE FOR THE VENTURI. 74 SOLAS (02) II-2/4.5.5.1 FSS CODE CHAPTER 15.2.2.1.3.
