After any survey of the ship under regulation 7,8,9, or 10 has been completed no change shall be made in the structural arrangemnets, machinery equipment, or other items covered by the survey, without the sanction of the administration. PSCO observed an elbow with flexible vinyl tubing added to the brine discharge pipiibng of the fresh water generator. The tubing ran to the blowdown valve for the sea chest.
