The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended and shall be so installed and protected as to reduce to a minimum any danger to persons on board, due regard being paid to moving parts, hot surfaces and other hazards. PSCO conducted damage survey in conjunctionwith COC-TVE REN following propulsion irregularity and issue COTP 0395-20 dated 11SEP20. C/E stated #6 F/O pump had been replaced following injection pump being stuck. Provide clasification report attesting the root cause and satisfactory operation of engine. 10ac
