PSCO conducted damage survey in conjunctionwith COC-TVE REN following propulsion irregularity and issue COTP 0395-20 dated 11SEP20. C/E stated #6 F/O pump had been replaced following injection pump being stuck. Provide clasification report attesting the root cause and satisfactory operation of engine. 10ac
