Barge sustained 2’x2’x3” deep inset on the PORT headlog during Allsion with moored barge. Barge is currently empty with Natural Gasoline residues. Barge is authorized to be moved to Marquis Energy in Hennepin, IL to load fuel grade ethanol then proceed to IMTT in St. Rose, LA for cargo offload. Barge then restricted from any further cargo operations until repairs are completed at TT 104, New Orleans, LA. This repair will be to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.

Resolution: Verified repair IAW NVIC 7-68 and conducted sat NDT.
