Control tank venting system shall consist of primary and secondary means. The secondary means may consist of pressure sensors in each tank. The under pressure sensors for the #1P adn #2S cargo tanks exceeded the under pressure limit.
The machinery, boilers, and other pressure vessels shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended. The OWS system has a patch on the outlet of the first stage. 74 SOLAS (97) II-1/26.1

During the fire drill, the aft galley watertight door was locked preventing fire team entry. 74 SOLAS (14) XI-2/8.2
