THE MAINTENANCE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE FIXED FIRE DETECTION AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS. VESSEL WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE TESTING PROCEDURES FOR FLAME DETECTORS, THEREFORE EXAMANINERS WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF VESSEL CREW IS MAINTAINING THE SYSTEM PROPERLY.
