Fire protection systems and fire fighting systems and appliances shall be properly maintained ready to use. During the fire montior test with main fire pumps it was noted that there was a hole on the foam main line. Hole did not affect fire system pressure and there was adequate pressure. It is noteworthy of mention that there is alot od visible corrosion on fire and foam main and throughout the deck.
