Tankers of 3,000 gross tons and upwards constructed before 1JULY2012, not later than first survey on or after 1JULY2015.
The vessels secondary ECDIS is not operational. The vessel is not equipped with paper charts.

The VDR display is receiving an error from the float free satellite EPIRB.
