PSCO OBSERVED 01 CRACKED LIGHT AND APROXIMITLY 13 LIGHTS WITH CABLE GLANDS PACKED WITH PUDDY RATHER THAN BLANKING CAPS IN THE CARGO PUMPROOM.

Each incinerator on a ship...shall meet the requirements contained in appendix IV to this annex. Each incinerator subject to this paragraph shall be approved by the administration taking into account the standard specification for shipboard incinerators developed by the Organization. The materials used in the individual parts of the incinerator are to be suitable for the intended application with respect to heat resistance. PSCO found gasket to be damaged on incinerator.
