The protection of the cargo tanks shall be achieved by a fixed inert gas system in accordance with the requirements of the fire safety systems code. audible and visual alarms shall be provided... to indicate: oxygen content in excess of 5% by volume. alarm set points for the oxygen sensor were incorrect and there was a significate delay between the high oxygen reading and the audible and visual indication in the engine control room. Vessel shall remain in the second oxygen analyzer. 74 SOLAS(14) II-2/4.5.5.1.1 & FSS Code 15.2.2.4.5.1.1
