Only one type of Foam concentrate shall be supplied for the maximum possible number of cargoes intended to be carried. Regular protein foam shall not be used. Upon inspection of the foam certificates, vessel could not provide any documentation proving that the foam onboard is alcohol-resistant. Vessel is restricted to cargoes that regular protein foam can be used while in U.S. waters.
