"The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger." While vessel was transiting to the port of Albany, the starboard engine's cooling water hose burst. Starboard engine was shut down until the cooling water hose was replaced. Once replaced the starboard engine started and ran for three hours until arriving to port with no issues.

Action required: 60 - Rectify deficiencies prior to movement
