PSCO observed numerous leaks from flanges on deck fresh water lines up to #5 cargo tanks. PSCO additionally observed air filter for cargo heater temperature controller in cargo heating room wasted. Fresh water inlet for ODME line on decks. PSCO observed with water leak.

PSCOs observed emergency generator to hunt for approximately three minutes while in primary means of starting. Emergency generator would also hunt while in secondary means of starting.
