FSS Code 15.2.2.4.2.2: Instrumentation shall be fitted for continuously indicating and permanently recording, when inert gas is being supplied: the oxygen content of inert gas. The oxygen content sensor failed to register an accurate oxygen content reading. The sensor was replaced and the deficiency rectified to the satisfaction of the RO and USCG prior to the completion of the inspection.
