The ships Nitrogen Gen was failing to operate properly. Vsl master and owner failed to report.

Vsl has connected two hoses with tape and twine and connected it to the fixed centrifugal motor driven gas freeing fan and attached it to the manifold. Vsl's SMS 5.3b allows the crew to use the fixed piping to gas free or a flex hose to the top of tank.
