The condition of the ship and its equuipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. PSCO observed 02 explosion proof lighting fixtures with minor cracks, jeopardizing integrity of the fixture within the pumproom. Crew produced 02 new lights and started install while PSCO was on board. SOLAS 74 (2004) I/11(a)
