MI observed overboard discharge for sewage not secured. Corrected on the spot. 33 CFR 159.7(c)

Fixed gas fire extinguishing systems: A device must be provided to automatically shut down power ventilation serving the protected space and engines that draw intake air from the protected space prior to release of the extinguishing agent into the space. Vessel's automatic shutdowns were disconnected and MI was unable to test shutdowns. 46 CFR 118.410(b)(10)
