Resolution: PSCO verified starboard aft mooring winch hydraulic leak was corrected by reinstalling threaded plug in reservoir with teflon tape, no evidence of leaking was present and reservoir site gauge indicated appropriate hydraulic fluid level.

Resolution: PSCO reviewed company internal audit and ensured all inconsistencies were corrected on reviewed documents. All documentation was found to be updated and in sufficient order.
