Each cargo tank of a tankship must be equipped with an intrinsically safe high level alarm required by paragraph C1. Four cargo tanks are currently not alarming at high level (95%). Crew will conduct manual soundings on these tanks IAW shipboard procedures/sms. Request class visit to replace/calibrate all cargo tank leveling alarms as peroperating procedures.
