In the event of a power failure to any one of the steering gear power units an audible and visual alarm shall be given on the navigation bridge. PSCO observed that when breaker for #1 steering gear off, no audible or visual alarm activated on bridge. @ S/G tested satisfactory. SOLAS 74a (2001 cons) II-1/29.5.2
