Resolution: Vessel's electrician replaced the 03 light bulbs for emergency deck lights that were out. PSCO observed all working emergency deck lights.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATE FORM E STATES THE IMMERSION SUITS ARE ALSO LIFE JACKETS. THE IMMERSION SUITS DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF LSA CODE CHAP. II REG 2.2. HOWEVER, THEY DO HAVE ENOUGH LIFE JACKETS AND IMMERSION SUITS FOR THE CREW. THEY WILL NEED TO HAVE THEIR FORM E UPDATED TO MATCH THE EQUIPMENT ON BOARD.
