Replace 42 adult type one life preservers. These life preservers were unserviceable due to floatation foam deterioration. In some cases, only power remained inside the shell of the life preserver. Photos with batch numbers were taken for a possible safety alert. [name withheld] had spare life preservers and was able to provide a total of 42 serviceable life preservers for the vessel.
