The construction of a vessel must allow for safe operation, giving consideration to a seaworthy hull, of the vessel. The internal baffles separating the chambers of the pontoon were found leaking during the Over Pressure Stress Test. Coordinate and effect repairs with pontoon manufacturer recommendations. Schedule marine inspector attendance once repairs are completed.
