The GRV shall automatically close as required in paragraph 2.3.1.5 and shall automatically regulate the flow of inert gas to the cargo tanks. The GRV stopped operating correctly in the automatic mode. Fix valve to the satisfaction of class before conducting cargo ops. 74SOLAS (04) II-2/4.5.5.1.1 and FSS Code 15/2.3.1.3.1
