PSCO OBSERVED SEVERELY WASTED STEPS ON STARBOARD SIDE EXTERIOR LADDERWELLS BETWEEN BRIDGE AND FREEFALL LIFEBOAT. STEPS WERE SOFT AND EVIDENCE OF MAJOR RUST WAS OBSERVED.

Sector Jacksonville Port State Control was notified via eNOA (Electronic Notice of Arrival) that the vessels speed and distance indicator is currently Inoperable and is unable to be fixed while in the Port of Jacksonville
